Clinical Services Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for the department
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve departmental goals
  • Manage contracts and coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff
  • Consult with senior managers and government officials to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a repetitive task environment
Work Environment:

The Clinical Services Manager will work in a medical clinic setting, with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.
