We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to join our team at MUFG Investor Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in financial reporting and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge of financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, pro forma, roll forwards, and drafts.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with investment managers and auditors to resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely delivery of client financial reporting.
- Process Improvement: Work with internal teams to ensure all internal and external deliverables are met, and processes are performed in accordance with operational procedures and controls.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and audit firms to ensure exceptional client service and support.
- Education: Post-secondary education with a concentration in finance, accounting, mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a financial reporting role, with a strong understanding of financial and regulatory reporting environments.
- Professional Qualifications: Ideally studying towards a relevant professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CFA.
