Job Title: Red Team Senior Manager, Service Lead

As a seasoned Red Team Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a highly technical team in advancing the company's security posture. With a deep understanding of computer science and information security, you will be able to develop and drive a clear strategy for red team operations and purple team engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for red team operations and purple team engagements.
  • Collaborate with peer teams and external resources to conduct external red team operations and purple team engagements.
  • Develop after-action reports and use the results to inform the company's security strategy.
  • Document and brief identified vulnerabilities and research corrective actions.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable red team policies, regulations, and compliance documents.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in red team operations and/or penetration testing.
  • 6+ years of experience in the cybersecurity space.
  • Experience with offensive tools and platforms such as Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike, and Metasploit.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with writing high-quality assessment reports and communicating results to clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of network defense technologies, including firewalls, IDS, and IPS.
  • Experience building red team infrastructure and new approaches to testing.
