Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Red Team Senior Manager to join our team at 1925 GlaxoSmithKline LLC. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading advanced threat emulation efforts and helping us stay ahead of potential security threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage real-world attacker emulation to simulate security incidents and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement after-action reports to inform our security posture and drive business decisions
  • Document identified vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable policies, regulations, and compliance documents
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest offensive security techniques and tools
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a red team operator
  • Experience with offensive tools and platforms such as Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike, and Metasploit
  • Experience with writing assessment reports and communicating results to clients and stakeholders
  • Experience relating to network defense technologies, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
  • Experience building red team infrastructure and testing various environments
  • Market-relevant certifications such as CREST/OSCP/OSCE/OSWP
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience focused on red team operations
  • Ability to operate and lead organized security testing engagements
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Ruby
  • Experience with cloud-based environments and web programming
  • Demonstrated experience with tool development and automation
