Red Team Senior Manager, Service Lead

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you will lead our Red Team in executing advanced security operations and purple team engagements. Your expertise in computer science and information security will enable you to develop and drive a clear strategy for our operations, interact with peer teams and external resources, and conduct external red team operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Red Team operations and purple team engagements.
  • Collaborate with peer teams and external resources to conduct external red team operations and purple team engagements.
  • Develop after-action reports and use the results to hone our security posture.
  • Document and brief identified vulnerabilities and research corrective/remediation actions.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable Red Team policies, Standing Ground Rules, regulations, and compliance documents.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and during engagements.
  • Stay current with the latest offensive security techniques and tools.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with red team operations and/or penetration testing.
  • 6+ years of experience in the cybersecurity space.
  • Experience with offensive tools and platforms such as Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and others.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with writing high-quality assessment reports and communicating results to clients, teammates, and senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of network defense technologies, including firewalls, IDS and IPS, antivirus, and web content filtering.
  • Experience building red team infrastructure and new approaches to testing various environments.
  • Market-relevant certifications such as CREST/OSCP/OSCE/OSWP.
