Marketing and Business Development Role at Lifestyle Mattress Lounge Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Business Development Professional to join our team at Lifestyle Mattress Lounge Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
  • Lead Business Development Initiatives: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage Marketing Budget: Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Measure and Evaluate Marketing Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
