Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and other reports, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Team Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to complete their tasks.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit and hire workers, and arrange for training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all necessary security and safety protocols are in place, including conducting criminal record checks as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, with the ability to work in a noisy environment.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
