We are looking to expand our team significantly across various store locations and have multiple roles available, including Floor Staff, Cashiers, and Web Orders Staff.

Flexible Shifts: Our available shifts will vary from 15 to 35 hours per week, accommodating mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and engage with customers both in-store and online.
  2. Assist students in locating their required textbooks, school supplies, and other products.
  3. Prepare merchandise for online orders.
  4. Address inquiries, ensuring customers receive the necessary information.
  5. Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system, confidently managing all payment methods.
  6. Unpack deliveries, restock shelves, and arrange products effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  • A genuine passion for interacting with people and assisting them in their needs.
  • Hardworking, energetic, and possessing a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to a fast-paced workplace.
  • Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
