Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Meraki Dental. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with patients, staff, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter patient information, medical records, and other data into our electronic health record system.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
