Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our Richmond clinic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our sleep apnea patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage patient referrals and coordinate bookings
  • Communicate and report with allied healthcare professional teams
  • Clinic operations, including receiving inventory and processing sleep test equipment
  • Insurance paperwork support
What We Offer

At Snore MD, we pride ourselves on offering a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $22.00-$25.00 per hour + bonus
  • Up to $4.00 per hour in monthly bonus

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mature, confident team player with an insatiable drive to perform
  • Positive attitude and passion for exceptional patient care and building impactful relationships
  • Medical experience as a medical office assistant or physio/optometry/sleep clinic
  • Rock solid reliability, strong organization skills, and exceptional attention to detail
