Security Supervisor

MAMBA SECURITY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinate the work of security personnel.
- Client Support: Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective response.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The role involves standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Language: English
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
