We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Physician to join our team at Island Health. As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic illnesses
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and specialists, to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care
- Eligible for licensure in British Columbia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
