Our ClinicOur newly renovated clinic is housed in a charming character cottage, offering spacious and bright rooms, as well as a serene garden and a grapevine above the main entrance. The clinic is conveniently located in the vibrant downtown area of Courtenay, close to shopping and restaurants, with ample free parking space.
BenefitsAs a Family Physician with Island Health, you may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including:
- Recruitment Incentive: $10,000
- Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000
- Retention Premium: 6.93%
- Retention Flat Fee: $7,000
- Rural CME: $2,000/annum (years 3 & 4), $4,000/annum (after 4 years)
