Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies to meet customer demands.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
