Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shrii Kodiyar Inc O/A Wings Up. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they meet our quality and service standards
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and sales
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
