We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Clerk to join our team at Ontario Parks. As a Records Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including education and experience documentation.
- Conduct criminal record checks, vulnerable sector checks, and credit checks as required.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to record-keeping and data management.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a corrections environment.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check, vulnerable sector check, and credit check.
Our team works in a corrections environment, and you must be able to adapt to this setting.
Benefits- As per collective agreement.
- Temporary work term.
- 36.25 hours per week.
