Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and are produced in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing employees to ensure that production targets are met.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and coaching to manufacturing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
