Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing employees to ensure that production targets are met.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to manufacturing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
