Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Process Supervisor to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the supervision of manufacturing employees and ensuring productivity quotas are met within a safe environment, while complying with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide the necessary planning, organization, and coordination of manufacturing activities to effectively drive packaging operations.
- Assist in the development and planning of all long-term packaging processes and schedules.
- Lead, develop, and coach your team to high performance levels.
- Address performance problems and issues promptly and recognize individual and team successes.
- Provide job-specific training to manufacturing employees, verify training records are up to date and accurate, and ensure all training requirements are compliant with cGMP and Safety regulations.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to manufacturing operators to ensure the effective and timely troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
- Assist and support the development of continuous improvement strategies and cost reduction measures.
- Assist in the investigation process.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing industry is required.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a directly related field is preferred.
- A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
