Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct administrative and office tasks.
  • Perform housekeeping duties.
  • Prepare meals for clients.
  • Manage and resolve conflict situations.
  • Oversee activities of clients residing in group homes and half-way houses.
  • Supervise children's visits with their parents to ensure safety.
  • Implement behavior management strategies.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events.
Supervision

The position involves supervising a small team of 3-4 individuals.

Target Audience

This role focuses on supporting adolescents and children.
