Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
