About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team at 2210033 ONTARIO INC. as a Telecommunications Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing cable signals and associated equipment, repairing cable signals, and diagnosing and locating equipment faults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Cable Signals: Conduct thorough inspections of cable signals and associated equipment to identify any faults or issues.
  • Repair Cable Signals: Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers to ensure optimal signal quality.
  • Diagnose and Locate Equipment Faults: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust or replace equipment as needed.
  • Complete and Maintain Test and Service Reports: Accurately document and maintain test and service reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Determine Nature, Cause, and Location of Trouble: Analyze data and use your technical expertise to determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble.
  • Instruct Apprentices: Share your knowledge and expertise with apprentices to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Connect, Disconnect, and Relocate Cable Outlets: Safely connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets to ensure optimal signal quality.
  • Determine Work Assignments: Prioritize and assign work tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
