About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team at Cell Tech Electronics. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Diagnostics: Use advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and isolate equipment faults, and implement repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace defective telephone equipment, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
  • Work Coordination: Determine work assignments, and initiate the dispatch of appropriate repair personnel as needed.
  • Training and Development: Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Physical Demands: Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures, and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in telecommunications equipment repair or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
