Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Clinique Vétérinaire Mobile Plus Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for animal care.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with pet owners
  • Process payments and manage client accounts
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and their pets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and pet health
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
