Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Clinique Vétérinaire Mobile Plus Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced veterinary clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and veterinarians
  • Process payments and manage client accounts
  • Answer phone calls and respond to written inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology

Work Environment:

Language:

The primary language of work is English, with the ability to communicate in French an asset.

Hours of Work:

The successful candidate will work 15 to 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to the needs of the clinic.
