About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Clinique Vétérinaire Mobile Plus Inc. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments for our veterinarians and other staff members.
  • Client Communication: Answer written and oral inquiries from clients, providing them with accurate and timely information about their pets' care.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments and handle financial transactions in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or a related field.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
