The Store Management role is a key position within our Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. As a Store Management leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining Guest Services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the store's daily operations, including Guest Services and expense control.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Manage and control inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise.
• Supervise and train staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure the store is set up and maintained in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Important Note
The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
