Lead the Way at Giorgio Armani

As the leader of our Armani Exchange store at Metropolis at Metrotown, you will be part of a dynamic team that inspires and motivates each other every day.

You will drive sales, provide exceptional client experiences, build strong talent, and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury retail business will be key in managing the store and making informed decisions.

You will also contribute to merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies, and provide input on store operations.

With a strong presence on the sales floor, you will gain valuable insights to improve the store's business and make data-driven decisions.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will help shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates, driving revenue and growth.

Responsibilities include end-to-end management of the store and its team, including labour and supply budget.

We are looking for a highly experienced retail manager with a proven track record in sales management, leadership, and team development.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar retail management field
  • Demonstrated experience in executing sales management training and presentations
  • Proficiency in retail systems and office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are considered a strong asset
  • Ability to travel when required, both domestically and internationally
