Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and driven Manager of New Business Development to enhance our team at Grantek Systems Integration. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales (specific to the vertical), you will collaborate closely with our Client Success team to facilitate revenue growth throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Identification: Formulate and implement strategies to discover, target, and secure new clientele.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients to comprehend their requirements and align our offerings with their objectives.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work alongside current clients to grasp their changing needs and pinpoint opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention through the strategic crafting of proposals.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Execute effective lead generation strategies, including market analysis, networking, and outreach initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and rewarding work atmosphere. Engage with and support company decisions, direction, and strategic development.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management. Experience in the automation sector is advantageous.
  • A post-secondary degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • Exhibit essential managerial skills such as leadership, decisiveness, adaptability, sound judgment, and advanced analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, skilled in establishing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel, with expectations of up to 50% across North America.
