Position Overview

The Service and Repair Administrator is integral to the operational efficiency of our product lifecycle, collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role encompasses managing repair processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

As a key player in our service team, the Service and Repair Administrator is tasked with overseeing the repair workflow, utilizing specialized knowledge to resolve complex technical challenges. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate repair requests and service operations
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct assessments to determine repair needs and feasibility
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance service processes
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and repairs
  • Develop and implement service protocols and guidelines
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members
  • Participate in special projects as needed

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of service operations and repair methodologies
  • Proficient in technical documentation and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with service management software
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in service administration or a related area

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with routine use of standard office equipment
  • Minimal travel may be required

Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
