About the Role:As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the service process. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your technical knowledge of automotive equipment, will enable you to effectively address customer concerns and ensure their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Review and complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Process paperwork and documentation with attention to detail
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and effective repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion times
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety policies and procedures
