Minimum Qualifications:- Proven experience in personnel management
- Experience in winter maintenance operations
- Willingness to be on call during evenings and weekends, and to work various shifts
- Possession of a DZ license
- Familiarity with MOL and MTO regulations and standards
- Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience in scheduling and overseeing operator hours
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
As a Winter Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the safe and effective execution of winter maintenance tasks along the Highway 401 corridor through Durham Region and into Toronto. Your role will involve organizing, scheduling, and coordinating operators for snow plowing and salting activities.
Strong organizational abilities will be essential as you collaborate with a Winter Sub Foreman and Winter Clerk to conduct winter operations professionally and promptly while adhering to contract specifications.
