Winter Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Winter Clerk. In this role, you will play a critical part in the success of our winter maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch and coordinate drivers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of winter documentation
- Monitor Winter Plow Units on GPS as required, and assist in dispatching winter works units
- Coordinate and file paperwork and reports, and assist Patrol Supervisor with documentation as needed
- Perform other general office and administrative duties as assigned
- Construction/highway maintenance experience an asset
- Previous experience in the administration or clerical field is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work various shifts based on winter weather with a flexible schedule
- Strong organization and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
