Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark Canada. As a key member of our Dining Services team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain work schedules and production packets to ensure efficient food production and service.
  • Direct daily activities and maintain a safe and organized food production environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support to promote employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of our team.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to create strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend shifts, as required.
