Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Technician to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician, you will play a critical role in servicing our customers' washrooms, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our customers' facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, and replacing air care cartridges and liners of bins.
  • Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Ensure all equipment at customer sites are functioning properly, and address any issues promptly.
  • Track and analyze your work routes with the manager at the end of each day, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Meet the specific needs of customers in the field, documenting special requests and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand, promoting our values and services to customers and stakeholders.
  • The cleaning of sinks, urinals, toilets, and mirrors for our small to mid-size customers, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Other duties as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (G license) and clean driver's abstract.
  • Good driving record and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school degree or equivalent and flexibility with working days, including Saturday.
  • Experience in janitorial cleaning is an asset.
