As the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the Community Futures Development Corporation, overseeing its strategic direction and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization within the community, fostering relationships with local partners and stakeholders.

- Supervise a dedicated team, ensuring effective administration and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Development Coordinators to assess and manage loan applications, providing guidance and support.
- Cultivate an empathetic approach to leadership, understanding the challenges faced by local entrepreneurs and providing tailored support.
- Implement innovative strategies to promote economic growth and community development initiatives.
- Maintain strong governance practices by supporting the Board of Directors in fulfilling their responsibilities.
