We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team in Moncton. As a key member of our Litigation Legal Support Services team, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and ensure the highest level of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality administrative support to lawyers, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting logistics.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Prepare documents, including letters, transcriptions, and file management.
- Arrange deliveries and couriers, and prepare client invoices and expense claims.
- Assist with meeting room preparation and audio-visual equipment setup.
- Legal Administration or Paralegal diploma or related education.
- Minimum of two years experience in litigation, preferably in a fast-paced team environment.
- Exceptional technology skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with new technology.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on client service and professionalism.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
