About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Interior Space Designer to join our team at Top Floor Deficiency Solutions Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space.
  • Develop plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings to bring clients' visions to life.
  • Advise clients on the selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to create interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet their specific needs.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP education in a relevant field.
  • Experience in interior design or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients to understand their needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at various locations. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results to clients.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work 30-40 hours per week.
