Recruitment Partners is on the lookout for a Chief of Corporate and Community Operations to become a vital part of an executive leadership team.
This position entails overseeing financial stewardship, organizational risk assessment, operational policy development, workforce management, and data governance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic leadership, direction, coaching, and support to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Overseeing financial governance and making informed fiscal decisions.
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, auditing, accounts payable, receivable, and fund oversight.
- Monitoring organizational cash flow and ensuring the sustainability of investments and funds.
- Supervising daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and auditing functions.
- Leading human resources initiatives, performance evaluation, recruitment, and payroll management.
- Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Implementing risk management frameworks and strategies.
- Managing outsourced services related to office operations and technology.
Ideal candidates will hold a degree in finance or accounting, with a preference for those possessing a CPA designation. Strong expertise in ASPE and internal controls is essential. Previous experience in organizational risk management and human resources is highly valued.
