About the Role- Lead the quality management team in Alberta, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and contract requirements.
- Develop and implement quality management plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Safety Manager on IMS Program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide expert guidance on IMS program requirements to operational management.
- Conduct ISO audits to ensure compliance and alignment with IMS Program objectives and targets.
- Develop and implement training programs for the IMS Program targeted at operational management.
- Oversee the development and updating of IMS Program documentation, including manuals, forms, and policies.

- A degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction/Project Management is required, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
- ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 training and certification, along with hands-on application. Six Sigma Certified Lead Auditor certification is required.
- 7 years of management/leadership experience in a relevant industry, with 10 years managing a quality or integrated management system. 5 years of contract management experience is a strong asset.
- Proven track record in quality control/management, contract interpretation, data analytics, field auditing, and report writing, particularly within highway maintenance, construction, natural resources, or related industries.
