Flour Milling Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flour Milling Team Supervisor to join our team at P & H Milling Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our flour milling team, ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our flour milling team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our flour products, ensuring that they meet our high standards and regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our operations are compliant with all relevant regulations, including Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a supervisory or management role in a flour milling or related industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Proficient in production planning and quality control processes. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work Environment: Dusty, hot, and noisy work environment.
