Flour Milling Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Flour Milling Team Supervisor to join our team at P & H Milling Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our flour milling team, ensuring the highest quality products and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop team members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions.
- Prepare production and other reports to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule team activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- 5-10 years of experience in flour milling or a related field.
- Knowledge of Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
