Job Title: Director, Retail Store Design

About the Role:

Arc'teryx Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Retail Store Design to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging retail experiences that showcase our brand's values and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retail design concepts that align with our brand's vision and strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver retail stores, including space planning, fixtures, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with our Brand Creative and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure consistency across all retail channels
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality design deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail design

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in retail design, with a focus on global retail design
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and effective retail design solutions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing design teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • LEED certification and/or experience with sustainable design practices
