Job Title: Building Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Cleaner to join our team at CCBS MAINTENANCE LTD.

Job Summary:

The Building Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, disinfecting operating rooms and other areas, cleaning and disinfecting elevators, and picking up debris and emptying trash containers.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust buildup
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
