Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at SECURIWATCH SERVICES INC.

Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Train and develop security staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Security Guard License.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
