Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at SECURIWATCH SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 security personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility and ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment:

The Security Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
