Job Title: Security Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the security operations on our casino floor, ensuring the safety and security of our staff, guests, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the security team, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Surveillance and Property Management, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their concerns and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to our company values.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
