Job Summary:

Westwood Plateau is seeking a skilled Banquet Attendant to join our team. As a Banquet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests at various events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review event details, including function sheets, amendments, and server floor plans, to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Act as a bar runner, replenishing products, glassware, and mixers as needed.
  • Prepare items necessary for dinner service, such as coffee, bread baskets, and condiments.
  • Provide attentive table service, including refilling water glasses, pouring wine, clearing plates, and offering coffee service.
  • Execute the reset or skeleton set of the banquet room, depending on the next event's schedule.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
