Job Title: Banquet Server

At Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Banquet Team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
