Banquet Attendant Role at Westwood Plateau

As a Banquet Attendant at Westwood Plateau, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of various events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and golf tournaments. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will make a significant difference in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review event details, including function sheets, amendments, and server floor plans, to ensure a seamless execution.
  • Assist the bartender by providing necessary products, glassware, mixes, and garnishes.
  • Prepare items for dinner service, such as coffee, bread baskets, and other essentials.
  • Deliver exceptional table service, including topping up wine, clearing plates and glassware, and offering coffee service.
  • Contribute to the reset or skeleton set of the banquet room, depending on the next event's schedule.
